Cecil Street Market (Lebuh Cecil)

Cecil Street in George Town transforms in the early evening hours when hawker stalls set up for the dinner crowd. The street has a mix of food stalls including prawn noodles, chicken rice, satay, and various noodle soups. Cecil Street also has a historic character with colonial-era shophouses and is less overrun than some of the more famous food streets. The street provides good photo opportunities with heritage buildings as backdrop while enjoying street food.
