Historically, George Town’s streets were lined with workshops producing intricate handicrafts, forming a vibrant community that thrived on skill, heritage, and creativity. However, soaring rents and economic challenges eventually forced many artisans to relocate, leaving behind empty shells of once-bustling workshops.
