How long does it take to get listed?
We check every listing and claim before it goes live.
Who can buy Featured or Premium?
Only the owner of the listing. Claim your listing first (use the claim button on its page); once we have approved your claim, you can pay by card straight away. If you apply before your claim is approved, we save your application and the pay button appears on your status page when the claim is approved.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?
Yes. Reply to any of our emails or use the contact page and we will change it for you. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for.
What payment methods do you accept?
Paid tiers are billed by card through Stripe checkout, monthly or yearly. A year costs the same as 10 months. You can also ask for an invoice and pay by bank transfer.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Tell us and we stop the subscription. Your paid features stay on until the end of the month or year you have paid for, then the listing returns to Basic (free).
Do I need an existing listing to upgrade?
It helps. If your business is not on Visit Penang yet, add it free at /business/list first; once it is approved you can upgrade it here.
