The Penang International Dragon Boat Regatta returns to the Straits Quay Marina waterfront in Tanjung Tokong, with teams from across the region racing traditional decorated boats. Organised by the Penang state government, the regatta pairs the racing with a festive marina-side atmosphere, making it a spectator event as much as a competition.
