Downloads FAQ
Are these downloads really free?
The Transport Cheatsheet, Packing List, and Hawker Phrase Card are completely free — no email required. Just open the page and hit Print. The itinerary PDFs are free with your email address so we can send you updates when they change.
Do I need to sign up to download?
No sign-up needed for the free printable pages. For the premium itinerary PDFs (which open a print-ready version), we ask for your email so we can notify you of updates — but you only need to do this once.
Can I share these with friends?
Yes! Please share the page links with friends planning a Penang trip. The printable pages are for personal use.
Are the Grab fares and bus routes up to date?
We update the transport cheatsheet regularly, but Grab fares change based on demand. Treat the estimates as a guide rather than exact figures. The free CAT buses are operated by Rapid Penang and routes do occasionally change.
What format are the itinerary PDFs in?
The itinerary PDFs open as a clean print-ready page in your browser. Use your browser's File > Print (or Ctrl+P / Cmd+P) and choose "Save as PDF" to save a copy to your device.
